  11. Is it possible to run the Borland 3.1 debugger under Win95?  When I 
  12. try, I get inconsistent error messages like "Unable to find TDWIN.DLL" 
  13. or "Unable to find debugger" even though both TDWIN.DLL and TDW.EXE are 
  14. in /BCC/BIN which is in the path).

  16. If it's not possible to debug from Borland 3.1 under Win95, then how 
  17. much work is it to recompile Borland 3.1 code (with heavy use of OWL)
  18. on Borland 4.5 or 5.0?  I'm looking for a quick and dirty solution to
  19. maintain old code; all new code is being developed on Visual C++ 4.0 .
